Mr. Anayo Kenny Ezenwaka

CEO & Serial Entrepreneur | Executive Committee Member

Mr. Anayo Kenny Ezenwaka is an accomplished Nigerian entrepreneur, real estate developer, and business leader with over 25 years of executive management experience. Born into an entrepreneurial family in Anambra State, Anayo was inspired by his late father, who was a real estate contractor and timber merchant, to pursue business at an early age. Overcoming early hardship with resilience, he launched his first commercial enterprise at 16, laying the foundation for a career built on integrity, prudent capital reinvestment, and sound financial stewardship.

A Marketing graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anayo moved to Lagos in 2002 to expand his commercial footprint. He co-founded Edionez Global Ventures (machinery import/export) and later established Profi Tech Cleaners Ltd after specialized technical training in Italy. In 2014, he founded 3D Homes Limited, a Lagos-based real estate development firm dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable residential properties.

Today, Anayo serves as the CEO of 3D Homes Limited and Citi Express Finance Limited (located in Idado Lekki, Lagos), as well as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Calabar MedixTrack Technology Ltd. In this capacity, he applies his proven track record of scaling businesses sustainably to guide international market strategies, including expansion into North America. As an Executive Committee Member, he brings deep strategic oversight, objective scrutiny, and cross-continental commercial expertise to foster corporate growth and governance.
